Responsibilities:
- Apply 2K paint systems to a wide range of components for a professional, high-quality finish
- Prepare surfaces using body filler, orbital sanders, and other prep tools
- Ensure smooth, even coatings by following correct techniques and application standards
- Work to production deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Follow job sheets and collaborate with the team to deliver top-tier paintwork
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised spray booth and working area
Requirements:
- Time-served Spray Painter with formal qualifications or equivalent industry experience
- Background in automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial spray painting
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on achieving high-end finishes
- Strong understanding of paint application systems, surface prep, and finishing techniques
- Reliable, team-oriented work ethic with pride in delivering quality workmanship
