Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical operations on a mixed-use residential and commercial development based in Aberdeen.
This is a key supervisory role, offering the opportunity to work on a high-value project combining both residential units and commercial spaces. You ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, managing electricians and subcontractors, and ensuring all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical works

Lead and support a team of electricians and subcontractors

Ensure works are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget

Maintain compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety policies

Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other site teams

Review technical drawings and oversee installation progress

Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of works
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential or commercial construction projects (ideally both)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations
-
SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)

ECS/JIB Gold Card
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

Full right to work in the UK
