Senior Structural Engineer
First People Solutions is currently working with a leading consulting engineer renowned for delivering innovative engineering designs. We’re keen to speak with Structural Engineers who are ready for their next career move.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical and leadership skills-whether you’re an experienced Engineer ready to step up or a Senior Engineer looking for more variety across challenging building projects.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on large-scale, high-profile structural engineering projects. From concept and design through to analysis and delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring project success. You’ll also be the go-to for client engagement, while guiding and mentoring a talented team of engineers and technicians to support their growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred)
- 5-10 years’ experience in a UK design engineering environment
- Strong knowledge across all stages of design and construction
- Confident managing multiple projects to deadlines
- Skilled in overseeing and developing a team
- Proficient in relevant design software
- Full, clean UK driving licence
