I am supporting a growng retailer with the appointment of a Central Operations Manager. You’ll be the key link between Head Office, Retail, and Distribution Centres – leading a small team, resolving operational issues, improving systems, and creating scalable, repeatable processes. Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a high-performing Central Ops team

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery across departments

Run improvement projects and streamline processes using Lean Six Sigma

Build clear SOPs and process playbooks
-
Manage operational queries via CRM/ticketing systems

Align priorities across HO, Retail, and DCs

Investigate root causes and implement lasting fixes
-
Use advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.) to inform decisions
