We have an opportunity for the right person for a full-time permanent Manager of the Mackenzie Centre in Inverness. They would be the Registered Manager for adult Day Services and manage a number Social Care Staff. A key part of this role will be supporting staff to be able to deliver services that meet the needs of individuals with complex needs to support them to stay in their own home and maximise their quality of life.

The post holder will have experience in Adult Social Care, being able to manage people with highly complex needs. They will have very well-developed communication skills and need to be able to manage people in a sensitive and positive way.
