Overview

Molly is a Solicitor within the Blackadders Private Client Team. She is undertaking an executries and private client focused traineeship and is experienced in dealing with the administration of executry estates, including high-net-worth estates, intestate estates, and contentious Legal Rights matters. Molly also assists with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning advice and guardianship applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of executry estates, including high-net-worth estates, intestate estates and contentious Legal Rights matters.
• Assist with preparation of wills and powers of attorney.
• Provide inheritance tax planning advice and support guardianship applications.

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience in dealing with administration of executry estates and related private client matters.
• Familiarity with high-net-worth estates, intestacy, and contentious Legal Rights issues.
• Experience in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.
