Overview

If you are an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager with proven capabilities of managing multiple projects with Service Integrators on Salesforce programmes, we have a new contract we’d like to discuss with you. Please note this role is Inside IR35 and requires onsite attendance once a week.

Responsibilities

  • Formal project management qualifications Scrum, SAFe or DSDM, with extensive experience running multiple agile projects at any one time
  • Hands on experience managing and leading Suppliers and/or Service Integrators in delivery
  • Experience in leading CRM projects
  • Working with Product Owners and delivery team to deliver incrementally against defined roadmaps and project plans
  • Knowledge of GDS standards
  • This is a hands-on role, not a management role; demonstrate substantial experience delivering agile projects through System Integrators and/or suppliers in Salesforce
  • Ability to support the business in converting requirements into a technical SOW, ensuring they are clearly understood by the SI
  • Manage the SI and provide updates on key milestones, deliverables, risks and issues
  • Comfortably work with and report to SROs and various steering groups on progress
  • Role reports directly into Programme Director
  • Develop Change Management and Transition to Live plans with SMEs, actively managing the SI to ensure delivery milestones are met

Qualifications

  • Hands-on Agile Practitioner with substantial experience delivering agile projects through System Integrators and/or suppliers in Salesforce
  • Experience turning business requirements into actionable plans and ensuring clear understanding by delivery partners
  • Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and governance groups
