Remortgage Conveyancer Hybrid / Newport, South Wales
Salary: £28,000 £40,000 + Uncapped Bonuses + Excellent Benefits

TSR Legal are currently working with one of South Wales most innovative residential conveyancing companies to find motivated, detail-driven Remortgage Conveyancers to join their growing team. The Role
As a Remortgage Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of remortgage transactions from instruction to completion. This includes:

Managing all legal aspects of the remortgage process including leasehold, transfer of equity, staircasing, and tenancy remortgages.

Reviewing property titles, mortgage offers, and dealing with relevant correspondence.

Ensuring all work is carried out accurately and efficiently, while meeting deadlines and service level expectations.

Maintaining up-to-date and thorough case records on the CMS.

Delivering exceptional client care and clear communication with third parties throughout the process.

Meeting performance and service KPIs in line with the departments objectives.
