Overview

Are you an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking for a change? Are you looking for an opportunity to join a leading Corporate team which can offer you exposure to a wide variety of corporate transactions – both national and international?

I am currently working with a global law firm which is expanding its Corporate team in Scotland. You will ideally have experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (national and international). Private Equity knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, joint ventures, and investors.
• Handle a variety of cross-border work as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years’ PQE with a solid corporate background.
• Experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
• Private Equity knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
