Job Description

CLASS 2 MOFFETT DRIVER

MONDAY – FRIDAY: 7:30AM-4PM

PAY RATE: £17 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties

Your duties as a Class 2 Moffett Driver will involve but not be limited to:

  • Driving Class 2 vehicles fitted with Moffett trucks
  • Operating the Moffett for safe loading and unloading at delivery/collection points
  • Assisting with manual handling when required
  • Operating vehicles safely and efficiently across both local and long-distance routes
  • Completing any necessary paperwork
  • Adhering to traffic laws and following company safety procedures

Essential Skills

As a Class 2 Moffett Driver you will need to:

  • Hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence
  • Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card
  • Hold a valid Moffett (RTITB/ITSSAR) licence
  • Be willing and physically able to assist with manual handling
  • Be punctual with strong timekeeping and communication skills
  • Have no major endorsements (we do not accept IN, DD or CD codes)

Desirable Experience

  • Experience as a Class 2 Moffett Driver
