Responsibilities
- As a Customer Care Assistant, be the face of your restaurant. You will deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas.
- Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, look after customers’ specific needs, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times.
- Keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
- Work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and connect with customers to make them feel valued.
Qualifications / Skills
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working efficiently and productively.
