Temporary Caretaker – Student Accommodation (Dundee)
14.10 per hour Dundee Temporary – Up to 3 Weeks Driving Desirable
We are currently seeking an experienced Caretaker to support the maintenance and upkeep of a student accommodation site in Dundee. This is a temporary role lasting up to 3 weeks, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
- General upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds
- Minor repairs, cleaning of communal areas, and reporting of faults
- Assisting with room checks and ensuring site safety
- Supporting move-in and move-out processes as needed
Requirements:
- Previous caretaking experience is essential
- Experience in a social housing environment is highly desirable
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A driving licence is desirable but not essential
