Alba Medical Group are currently seeking applications from Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our friendly, hardworking and forward thinking team.
Alba Medical Group delivers General Practice services across 4 sites, Bannockburn in Stirling, Hallpark in Alloa, Kersiebank in Grangemouth and Westburn in Falkirk, with a strong emphasis on multi-disciplinary team working and innovative models of care delivery.
Our current multi-disciplinary team includes GPs, ANPs, Mental Health Nurses, Pharmacists, Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners, Advanced Paramedic Practitioners and Practice Nurses.
To further expand our already strong and diverse multi-disciplinary team, we are seeking applications from Advanced Nurse Practitioners. Applicants should be motivated, pro-active team players able to undertake clinical practice at an advanced level using expert knowledge and clinical skills.
Candidates should be capable of managing acute and long term health conditions, able to take history, make appropriate physical examinations, formulate differential diagnoses and carry through management treatment plans ensuring relevant follow up.
You will have access to clinical supervision and will have the opportunity to be involved with service improvement and quality improvement activities.
