Full job description
Allocated top spec vehicle with, fridge, microwave and invertor (Volvo).
- Delivering/Collecting Goods all over UK, Refrigerated vehicles
- Complete daily vehicle checks in line with Operating Licence procedures, reporting any defects to the Transport department
- Compliance with all regulations relating to Drivers hours and tachographs
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Any other duties as delegated by the Transport Department
Essential Criteria
Must hold a valid HGV1 licence, Digital Tachograph card and Full Driver CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) Min 1 years driving experience.
- Good Geographical knowledge of UK
- Excellent Knowledge of driver s hours, rules and regulations
- Good Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to apply Manual Handling techniques
- Must be flexible to work weekends
- Must be over 21 years old (for insurance purposes)

Experience:
Driving a Goods Vehicle: 1 year (Required)

Shift Pattern:
1 week tramping (6 days then 5 days) (24 hour break will be taken at home)
- 2 Week Tramping (24 hour break away from base, returning for fortnightly rest requirements)
- 4 On / 4 Off (Limited Positions available for this rota pattern)
