Job Description
Brownlee Cale require a Freelance Site Manager with road and ducting experience.
You will hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification.Temporary Works would be advantageous
Duties will include:

Plan and coordinate site activities to ensure the project runs on time and within budget.

Manage subcontractors and labour, ensuring work is completed to the required standards.

Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with all site policies.

Monitor progress and report regularly to project stakeholders.

Oversee quality control and resolve any on-site issues or defects quickly.
Both CIS and Umbrella PAYE working.
As well has a competitive (and negotiable day rate) there will be accommodation and travel provided.
