Job Description
Apex are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a residential house build project in Kilbirnie. You ll work alongside the Site Manager to ensure the project progresses on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with day-to-day site operations and supervision of trades and subcontractors.
– Monitor health & safety compliance on site.
– Support scheduling, material orders, and deliveries.
– Ensure quality control and site cleanliness.
– Liaise with suppliers, architects, engineers, and clients.
– Report progress to the Site Manager and help resolve any site issues.
Requirements:
– Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or in a similar role.
– Residential construction experience preferred.
– Valid CSCS card
– SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable)
– Strong communication and organisational skills
