Job Description
Bridgeman Recruitment Services ( Agency) require SMSTS Site Supervisor / General Foreman to join our team for ongoing and upcoming civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general civils, including concrete repair and subcontractor coordination. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance, and managing teams and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and to specification.

Manage subcontractors and coordinate site logistics.

Oversee and inspect concrete repair and general civils works.

Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company procedures.

Liaise with site management, engineers, and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:

SMSTS certification (essential)

Proven experience in civil engineering (e.g., concrete repair, groundworks)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Competent with basic computer tasks (email, reports, schedules)

Full UK driving licence (preferred)
