Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Bank Retirement Coordinator based at Leodamus Place, Port Ellen, Argyll and Bute PA42 7EL, and covers both the developments Port Ellen and Bowmore in Islay.  This will include the role of the retirement co-ordinator and domestic role duties when staff are sick or on leave.

What we’re looking for in our Retirement Coordinator: 

You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property-related issues, to our tenants in Port Ellen and Bowmore, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment. You will also conduct the duties of a Domestic as and when required 

Retirement Coordinator Skills and Experience:                                                        

You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
