Job Description
Blue Arrow is looking for Painters to start with our client in St Andrews.
- Pay rate: 15 per hour
- Hours of work: Monday – Thursday, 7am to 3:30pm; Friday 7am to 1pm
- Contract: Temporary (approximately 2 weeks initially)
- Location: St Andrews
Job Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other tradespeople to ensure timely project completion
Requirements:
- Previous experience in painting or a similar role is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Own tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) preferred
- Candidates must hold a CSCS card.
