Job Opportunity: Site Manager – Aberdeen
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a refurbishment project in Aberdeen, with an expected duration of approximately 2 months.

Role Overview:
As the Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing daily site operations on a fast-paced refurbishment project. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, a proactive attitude, and the ability to ensure the project is delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard.
Requirements:
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
Proven experience managing refurbishment or fit-out projects
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage subcontractors and liaise with clients
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all on-site activities and trades
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
Coordinating schedules and managing resources efficiently
Maintaining quality control and reporting progress
Liaising with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
