This position involves overseeing fabrication and welding work on a high-profile project. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience ideally in both disciplines, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and overseeing fabrication and welding operations in a workshop or site environment
- Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
- Providing leadership and guidance to the fabrication and welding teams
- Monitoring and controlling project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conducting regular progress meetings and reporting on project status
