Job Description
CNX are recruiting for a high end, residential renovation and refurbishment contractor based in Edinburgh, who specialise in high-end interior refurbishment projects in this sector.
They are looking for a highly motivated, time served Site Supervisor to join the team on a 6 month contract, overseeing the full renovation of a residential property in south Edinburgh.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A time served joinery background with experience working in multi trade refurbishments.
- Supervisory experience and a willingness to work on, and off, the tools at times.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good leadership skills
- Experience of working with other trades
- Good computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
- A positive approach and appreciation of delivering excellent customer service
- Full clean drivers licence
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS
- SSSTS (essential)
This is a 6 month contract – Day rate will be 230 – 250 per shift, depending on experience and location.
Start date will be August.
