Your new company
Hays are proud to be working with a fast-growing manufacturing organisation who are looking to add an enthusiastic Credit Controller to their finance function due to increased workload as a result of company growth.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting with managing a portfolio of client accounts
  • Onboarding and managing new accounts
  • Ensuring outstanding accounts are collected
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Resolving internal and external queries
  • Weekly debt reviews
  • Forecast unexpected payments
  • Update the progress on outstanding accounts
  • Raising credit paperwork and issuing copies of invoices and credits
  • Chase and resolve debts
  • Process funds, taking payments, uploading payments from branches.

    • What you’ll need to succeed
    To succeed, you will be a motivated credit professional who has experience in a similar position and be comfortable communicating at all levels within an organisation. You will have a strong attention to detail and be proficient in Excel.
