Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.

Conduct property searches and investigations to identify any legal issues or restrictions affecting the property.

Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to gather information and update on progress.

Assist in the completion of the exchange and completion process, ensuring all legal and financial obligations are met.

Maintain accurate records and case files, ensuring timely and efficient progression of transactions.

Support solicitors with compliance checks and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Handle client enquiries promptly and professionally.

Assist with post-completion matters, including registration with the Land Registry.
Profile

Previous experience in conveyancing or property law is preferred.

Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Proficiency in legal case management software and MS Office applications.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
