Are you an Estimator with a background in Construction looking for an autonomous role within a multi-million pound company, offering excellent progression right through to Directorship?

They offer a diverse range of services within Construction including Fit Out, Groundworks and Roofing to a broad client base including Supermarkets, Car Showrooms, Hotels and Restaurants. Due to the continued growth and development, they are looking for an Estimator to join their team.
In this role you will lead Estimation work as you are in charge of preparing bids and tenders for a variety of construction projects, calculating labour and material costs as we as pricing the overall work. This is primarily an office based role, with some travel to sites as needed.
This role would suit an Estimator with a background in construction looking for excellent growth and career progression, while working autonomously.
The Role:
- Identify costs for materials, equipment and labour.
- Understand technical drawing and prepare bids and tenders.
- Progression routes through to Directorship.
The person:
- Estimator or similar.
- Background in Construction.
- Commutable to Bathgate.
