Key Skills / Experience:
We are seeking both Skilled and Semi-Skilled Production Operatives with the following backgrounds:
For Semi-Skilled Roles:
Mechanically minded with strong hands-on ability
Able to follow instructions and meet production deadlines
Basic knowledge of workplace Health & Safety
Flexible and willing to learn new skills through on-the-job training
Positive attitude and good team player
For Skilled Roles:
Formal apprenticeship or trade background (e.g., coachbuilding, welding, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, joinery)
Ability to contribute to process improvement and productivity
Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques and quality standards
Desirable (for all applicants):
Forklift, crane operator, or HGV Class 1 licence
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be part of a growing production team responsible for manufacturing refrigerated trailers and vehicle bodies to high standards. Your duties will include:
Delivering consistent, high-quality craftsmanship
Working safely and in accordance with Health & Safety policies
Keeping your workstation and tools clean and well-maintained
Participating in team-based production activities
Attending training sessions to build and refine your skills
