We are currently seeking Semi-Skilled Operatives to join our team in Falkirk. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable, hard-working individuals looking to build a long-term career in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Labouring and yard operations

Industrial cleaning tasks

Working in confined spaces (valid certificate required)

Supporting site teams with general duties as needed
Requirements:

Confined Space Certificate (mandatory)

Previous experience in a similar labour-intensive or industrial environment preferred

Physically fit and capable of manual work

Strong work ethic and reliability essential

Willingness to work 40-50 hours per week
- Driving licence (essential)
