Shift Maintenance Engineer

£40,000 – £42,000
We’ve got an exciting new role for a Shift Maintenance Engineer who is looking to learn and develop within a market leader in building services maintenance. We are looking for someone with a hard working attitude who is looking to make the most of their career.
The Maintenance Engineer will be covering a commercial contract by King’s Cross, London undertaking the planned and reactive maintenance on site. Working on a Continental Shift, Days and Nights, the successful engineer will be part of an 18 person maintenance team, working on a shift team of 3.

Duties:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks
- Legionella awareness
- AHUs / FCUs
- Plant room checks
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- General maintenance duties
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
- Polite and personable
- Client facing attitude
- Hard working
- Willing to learn and progress
Salary and Benefits:
- £40,000 – £42,000 per annum
- Continental shift pattern (Days and Nights)
- 20 days holiday entitlement
