As their business continues to grow, they’re looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Assembly Fitter to join the skilled assembly and testing team.
About the Role
As an Assembly Fitter, you will play a key role in the construction and testing of our agricultural crop sprayers. Responsibilities include:

Assembling mechanical components with precision and care

Installing hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Confident use of hand, air, and power tools

Testing completed machines to ensure they meet our high standards and customer specifications

Adapting to varying machine builds depending on client needs
About You
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and demonstrates a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous mechanical or assembly experience (essential)

Good eye for detail and commitment to quality

Strong timekeeping and attendance record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Electrical knowledge (desirable, but not essential)

Forklift and overhead crane experience (training available if needed)

Own basic toolkit (e.g. spanners, screwdrivers – specialist tools provided)
