Project Scope:
This hands-on role involves managing the refurbishment of an industrial building, including:

Full internal strip-out and upgrades

Mechanical & Electrical installations

Roofing and cladding works

Structural alterations
Key Details:

Location: Oban, Argyll and Bute

Start Date: Mid July 2025

Duration: 22 weeks

Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)

Accommodation: Provided or covered if required
Requirements:

Proven track record managing industrial refurbishment or similar construction projects

Strong knowledge of M&E, structural works, and building fabric upgrades

Excellent leadership and communication skills
-
SMSTS or equivalent, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
