We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Glasgow West End store, home to both Cotswold Outdoor and Runners Need. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, knowledgeable team and help build a hub for outdoor and running enthusiasts in one of Glasgow’s most dynamic areas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and inspiring a passionate, high-performing team

Overseeing store operations including stock management, audits, banking, and compliance

Delivering outstanding customer experiences, tailored to each individual’s journey

Driving sales performance through KPIs, strategy, and service standards

Executing visual merchandising plans to maintain an inspiring and engaging shop floor
What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in retail store management (outdoor, apparel, or footwear sectors preferred)
