Civil Technician

At First People Solutions, we are working with a successful Consulting Engineer who is involved in a variety of sectors across the UK. Due to growth, our client is seeking ambitious and determined Civil Technicians to join their successful infrastructure team.
The Job:
- Provide 2D / 3D technical drawings and detailing for various projects, including roads, active travel, bridges and development infrastructure
- Support overall project activities and the team delivery of designs
- Resolve any project-specific issues
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Work as part of a cross functional team
What we need from you:
- 3 years of experience working within a design engineering environment
- HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Knowledge of policy and design standards
- Clean drivers’ licence
