KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Chef De Partie for our client based in Kelso.
As a Chef De partie your working hours and days are:
- Monday to Thursday 07:00 – 14:00
- Friday 07:00 – 11:30
The rate of pay as a Chef De Partie is:
- £16.00 p/h
Duties and responsibilities as a Chef De Partie are:
- Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant s opening
- Making breakfast and lunch
- Preparing a particular kitchen station
- Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal
- Cleaning the kitchen and keeping on top of health and safety regulations
- Cleaning and sanitising their area with warm water and soap
- Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
