About the Role
Print Finishing Operators will become integral members of a close-knit team of 15-20, contributing to various workstreams across the post-press function. This varied role offers the chance to operate a range of finishing equipment and develop new skills, while upholding the company’s strong commitment to quality.
Operators will be responsible for setting up equipment, following established production processes, and using specialist software systems to ensure each job is completed to the highest standard. Finished work will be checked, packed, and maintained in line with client specifications and internal quality assurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining a range of print finishing machinery
- Preparing jobs using production software and standard operating procedures
- Finishing, inspecting, and packing print work to a high standard
- Supporting quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
- Participating in training and development to broaden knowledge
- Working collaboratively within a production team to meet tight deadlines
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Confidence to work independently and use initiative
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Team player with a focus on quality output
Desirable:
- Experience in print finishing and operating print finishing equipment
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Dundee
- Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (including days, nights, and weekends) averaging 42 hours per week
- Salary: From 27,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Relocation Bonus: A 3,000 relocation bonus is available for candidates moving to Dundee to take up this role
- Relocation is encouraged, and support will be provided to help suitable applicants settle into the area
