Skilled Maintenance Electricians opportunity to join our dynamic mobile service team in Coatbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of commercial properties, delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs.

Electrician s Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple commercial sites
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems including: Power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and emergency lighting
- Accurately diagnose faults and complete effective repairs
- Adhere to health & safety regulations and compliance standards
- Communicate professionally with clients to ensure a high level of service
- Use digital tools to log maintenance reports and service updates
Electrician s Essential Requirements:
- Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship with SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Certified to the 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential for mobile roles)
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or commercial building services
