Audit Manager Role at Top 10 Accountancy Firm in Edinburgh City Centre

Your new role
– Be responsible for dealing with all matters relatingto the management of a portfolio of audited entities.
– Complete assignments within agreed budgets andtimescales and identify opportunities for additional billings.
– Ensure assignments are staffed with the appropriatemix of knowledge and skills required.
– Ensure that the firm’s risk management and qualitycontrol procedures are adhered to at all times.
– Work as part of a management team with other AuditManagers within the business group (e.g. resource planning, merit rate meetingsand efficiency gains)
– Support Partners with the implementation andcommunication of any new business strategy for existing and target auditentities as well as the internal business.

What you’ll need to succeed
– Candidates must be ACA or ACCA qualified.
– Previous experience operating at assistant managerlevel or above in a similar role;
– Proven experience of managing a portfolio of clientsand developing strong client relationships;
– Proven broad audit experience in producing highquality audits;
