Pathway Coordination: Initiate and manage cancer pathways for lung, dermatological, and colorectal projects. Implemented Waiting Time Adjustments (WTA) in patient pathways for accurate recording and quality assurance. Managed adjustments for both 62-day and 31-day standards, considering whether they occurred before or after the decision to treat. Coordinate with Consultants and Radiologists for smooth patient progression.
