As an Electronics Engineer based in Livingston, you will play a key role in designing and developing electronic systems from concept to production. You will work closely with customers, solving complex technical challenges and bringing ideas to life. This role offers variety, technical challenges, and the chance to work on a broad range of exciting projects.

What you ll be doing as an Electronics Engineer in Livingston:
– Designing digital and analogue electronic systems, including schematic capture, PCB design, and simulation.
– Developing microcontroller-based systems and working with a range of communication protocols such as RS232, USB, SPI, I2C, CAN, and Ethernet.
– Investigating, developing, and implementing new technologies, components, and design techniques.
– Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver technical solutions.
– Creating customer-ready documentation and reports to support project development.

What we re looking for:
– 5+ years of experience in developing electronic systems.
– Strong skills in schematic capture, PCB layout, and circuit simulation.
– Experience designing with microcontrollers, FPGAs, CPLDs, or DSPs.
– A passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Bonus skills that would make you stand out:
– Experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
– Knowledge of power supply design, high-speed digital design, and RF/wireless modules (WiFi, Bluetooth, RFID).
– Familiarity with EMC testing, failure analysis, and highly regulated development processes (e.g., medical, ATEX).
– Hands-on experience with prototyping, verification, and transferring designs to manufacture.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related subject.
