Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the mechanical systems for a high-profile castle construction project. This role will involve managing mechanical installations, supervising a team, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all mechanical aspects of the build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical installations, including HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical technicians and subcontractors.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate mechanical systems into the overall design.
- Manage materials and resources for mechanical installations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building infrastructure.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Preferred:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with heritage or complex building projects.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 42,000.00- 48,000.00 per year
