As the Team Manager, you will be at the helm of a dedicated team of Collections Agents, guiding and inspiring them to achieve outstanding results. Your primary focus will be on achieving first contact resolution in the collections environment, ensuring that your team not only drives positive customer outcomes tailored to individual circumstances but also delivers an exceptional customer experience.

In this dynamic and fast-paced blended environment, you’ll oversee all forms of customer contact with poise and efficiency. Your role encompasses a range of vital responsibilities, including recruitment, performance management, development, coaching, engagement, and succession planning for your direct reports.

By fostering a culture of excellence and support, you will empower your team to exceed customer expectations while aligning with the overarching business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
