Registered Nurse
22 – 25 per hour
36 hours per week
Scottish Borders
Reporting into the Registered Manager, you will have full clinical oversight of the 50+ bedded care home. Currently sitting at 100% occupancy, my client are delighted to welcome a nurse to their close knit team to work alongside support staff and ensure top quality care is provided at all times.
Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and auditing care plans
Build relationships with residents and their family members
Clinical governance
Oversight of medication audits and risk assessments
Utilising clinical and leadership skills to provide guidance to care teams
Requirements
Must have an active NMC PIN
Previous experience working within elderly and dementia care
Approachable and supportive to other team members
Passionate about providing top quality care
