Job Description
Project Manager required by a Glasgow based contractor who specialise in office fit outs and new build projects to the value of 5m. Current clients include Starbucks, The Gym Group, Lidl, the Co Op as well as large corporate clients
The successful candidate will be based on a Edinburgh city centre office fit out worth 750k. The project is a full turnkey project which involves the refurbishment of all communal areas, break out areas, kitchen and toilet facilities as well as work-space areas.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on similar projects up to the value 5m and can come from either a trades or educational background.
SMSTS, CSCS card and up to date Health and Safety and First Aid required
This is a live working environment so excellent communication skills as well as good client liaison skills are a must.
As well as the above the PM will be responsible for:
- Managing sub contractors
- Managing RAMS and overall Health and Safety on the site
- Managing the budget and ensuring the project is delivered on time
On offer is a salary ranging between 60k and 65k DOE as well as a car allowance and additional benefits.
