Production Team Leader (Shift)

£13.24 per hour (£29,260.40 per annum) + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Saturday overtime paid at 1.5x + Life Assurance + Great Opportunity for Progression and Career Development

Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12am.

Overtime on Saturdays during busier periods will be required.

Production Team Leader required for a well-established FMCG manufacturer. This is a great opportunity to join a stable employer with opportunity for overtime available at premium rates.

The Successful Production Team Leader will have previous leadership experience from within a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within food manufacturing, although any high volume industry will be considered. Preferably hold an SVQ level 2 or equivalent in food processing/ handling skills, although those without will be considered.

The Production Team Leader role:

Give timely and accurate advice, guidance, support to team members.
Monitor team members’ participation, recognizing individual s contribution and enthusiasm.
Identify any relevant staff training needs.
Ensure any training provided is being put into use, and to see if any additional training is needed.
Match best suited team members to tasks to achieve department objectives and KPI targets.

The Production Team Leader Role:
