Helpdesk Administrator

Full Time

Perm

25,000 per year

The Role:

  1. Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
  2. Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using systems eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, toolbox talks.
  3. Manage our CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactive and reporting.
  4. Review Subcontractor performance and feedback through appropriate systems
  5. Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
  6. Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly.
  7. Maintain people records such as new starters, leavers, and any changes in staff.
  8. Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers.
