Job Description

Argyll Community Housing Association seeks a dynamic Group Director of Customer Experience to lead a major transformation of the customer journey and service delivery. You will oversee the Customer Service Centre, Housing and Estate Management, Care and Support, IT, Transformation and Business Improvement teams, ensuring best practice and regulatory compliance.

This permanent role offers hybrid working across Argyll and Bute, with office presence at our seven locations.
