VP, AI Solutions Engineer – Forward-Deployed AI Lead

Job Description

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Engineer (Forward Deployed) at VP level to embed directly with IPB teams and drive end-to-end AI/ML solutions. You will prototyp and productionise agentic AI, partnering with the core AIML team to scale successful projects across business contexts.

You will translate business needs into funded workstreams, balance speed with governance, and mentor junior engineers while upholding the firm’s values of diversity and inclusion.
