Job Description

Ocorian is seeking an On-going Monitoring Operations Manager to lead Bermuda’s monitoring programme, ensuring risk-based and regulatory-compliant reviews, sanctions and case handling. The role requires ownership of high-risk cases, collaboration with regulators, and strong leadership across the monitoring function.

Ideal candidates will have AML/KYC/CDD experience in regulated environments, with a track record in escalation management, quality reviews and process improvements.
