Job Description

NHS Shetland is seeking a Consultant General Surgeon to join a small, multidisciplinary team and deliver broad rural generalist surgical care across the islands. The post supports clinical governance, service planning and quality improvement while collaborating with Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and regional networks.

The role is open to substantive or locum appointments, with full-time, part-time, or rotational arrangements.
