Job Description

Hamilton is seeking a Senior Claims Counsel based in Bermuda to manage Excess Casualty claims. Reporting to the Chief Claims Officer, the role involves handling complex claims, reviewing coverage, and advising on reserves and exposures.

Requires a law degree (LL.B.) and at least 5 years in Excess Casualty or related litigation; experience with both law firms and insurers is preferred. Strong negotiation and leadership skills are essential.
