Job Description

ScottishPower is seeking a Learning Consultancy Manager (Skills & Capability) to lead the Learning Consultancy team and establish governance, standards and assurance for capability solutions. You will work with the Head of Organisational Capability to embed a skills architecture and proficiency standards across the business.

You’ll partner with Learning Partners to translate priorities into capability requirements, ensuring evidence-based, scalable solutions aligned to strategic goals.
